Hello,
I'm interested in purchasing websites with quality, original content. Budget is substantial for the right properties and if you have such a website please get in touch, I'd love to hear about it. All quality, established sites considered.
The 3 requirements are:
- Family-friendly content only, no exceptions
- Majority of content original
- Quality, established sites please, no turnkey and so on.
Things we like:
- Aged 2+ years, the older the better.
- High, established traffic
- Regular income
In short if you have a website with good traffic and good content I'll be interested. When responding please try to put together proof of stats and income for as long as you have them as the sooner I have this info, the sooner I can make an offer. All transactions handled through escrow.com,

I would be willing to sell my website ThatsMyOldHouse.com. I haven't the time or funds to invest in it but the site is receiving great traffic and people enjoy posting their home information and history and reading others. The site does not charge therefore there isn't any income.

www.domesticspares.com and www.domesticspares.co.uk are shortly to be advertised for sale. This is a fully developed and trading website with 1500-2000 unique visitors per day and approximately page views.
The domains are listed on DEMOZ and have excellent ratings with the search engines, particularly Google.
