If you take home $4000 a month, that is equal to 5 months pay - now the problem I have is, why not just take out a $20,000 loan - you could have it paid off in 5 months, and still have the income.
With an asking price that low, it makes it hard to believe this is all legit. Perhaps it is, but I find it difficult... just doesn't make sense. I would expect an asking price of $100k +...
