Reason for selling: another project.
Unique visitors: 100,000 since January 1rst, 2008. (screenshot proof available)
Page views: 360,000 since January 1rst, 2008. (screenshot proof available)
Pages indexed in Google: 5,150
Users: 4500.
The website is about London Classifieds.

It comes with:

- 1 Year Hosting (Hostgator) (value $85).
You can easily start making money with this site. From the Admin Panel you can add your Adsense on every ads and/or listings, add Banners to every ads/listings or/and activate the Top ads system (pay-per-ad).
Monthly Earnings: $160 in Adsense. But I only placed Adsense on ads (I did not place Adsense on listings, I did not place Banners and I did not activate the Top Ad system). Then you can earn much more.
