Can one customise or select which google adsense ads can be displayed on the web page?
Say my page is related to hosting solutions so can i select the ads from google collection say an "ad of hosting review site"?
In short i want to see totally relevant and selected ads on the page, is it possible?

The adsense system will already do just this for you.
You cannot control it, though, other than by placing the content you want on a page. You can control whether they show text-based ads, image-based ads (when available) and whether they show PSA-type ads when there are no matches to your content.
The control I think you seek, however, is not available - you get what the system does naturally (which is basically what you want), but you cannot say "Only show ads from hosting review sites" on this page. If you want those ads, then the content must be about "hosting review sites" to attract any such ads, if they exist, from the Adsense system.

The above said things are rigth as i have noticed that all. But sometimes eventhough the content and other things are fine, 1 or 2 ads will not be as relevant as it is supposed to be.
I think the system delivers the relevant ads but sometimes it does not.
May be in some near future we will see more advanced feature of current ad system

No, you cannot. But you can get rid of the advertisers that you don't feel are appropriate by adding them to your list of blocked advertisers.
The Yahoo! Publisher Network allows you to "help them" choose the right ads by allowing you to target a certain category.

Are you getting 100% relevant ads on your web page?
Have you noticed any time slight deviated ads on your page i.e. off topic to that of your web page?

I'd say I'm seeing relevant ads. I have three ad units per page and they run about 99% accurate daily. The odd ad does creep in (one ad in a unit of 4 ads) but that has to do with advertisers trying to scam their way into the space by targeting an unrelated keyword for their campaign. The system figures it out and drops them.
Just curious, but why the seemingly absolute need to see targeted ads 100% of the time. I'd understand if the ads showing were unrealted 50% of the time, but no system will be 100% all the time.
Perhaps there just are not that many folks placing ads for the topic of your site? The ads shown through Adsense on your website originate with advertisers who place ads in the Adwords system. Your website is simply one more place for Google to show the ads - and they share a cut of the per-click profits with you for this space on your site.
If very few, or no, advertisers are placing ads related to your site's topic, then the ads showing on your site will seem off topic - at least some of the time.

Maybe the advertisers are bidding on the keywords that are not relevant to their sites. I have seen some advertisers targeting keywords not related to the theme of their websites.
