I would like to know the best software for bublishing books and making the layout of the books more acadmic , also i would like to know the best software which is responsible for editing equations

yeah..You can use Adobe Photoshop..One of the easiest software that you can use. Plus you can be sure you'll be getting great results..

inDesign is a good choice, but definately not Photoshop. Photoshop is pretty much only ideal for graphics.
