Hi. Our web designer is wanting to take some of our website graphics and photos and create the flash effect where a series of white cicles, squares or tiles or or something cool gradually rise away / fragment to reveal the image below. You know the king of thing i mean? It's already out there.

He's already got some Flash experience, but was asking if there is any place on the web where you can download a .fla file example of this effect and incorpate your own graphics into it. Any help appreciated for this specifically- or any good general flash resource sites with quality .fla downloads. (if free, then even better!)
