Just came across another Google lawsuit www.googleadwordslawsuit.com. One day Adsense is really going to burn Google.

They're right it is total nonsense that Google opts you into content without really telling you. I know to turn it off now, but only because I've lost money in the past. They actually credited me back some of it but not all.

A class action suit with only one suitor won't get far.

99.99% of these whines is people not reading the terms and conditions; the chances of winning more than $17.00 (not forgetting lawyers fees of $15,000), is fairly remote.

    Why make lawyers?

And in this case, it's a scam. The "Consumer Class Action Network" does not exist - and do you think a real lawyer would be stupid enough to advertise using the accused's trademarked logo?

One more scam feeding off people so angry with themselves for not reading the small print, they'll sign up to something else ... without reading the small print!
