    I have a page 3 years old:
    www.mydomain.com/mypage.php

I made some test to make a new layout to another page
    www.mydomain.com/my-test-page.php

    then I deleted mypage.php and renamed my-test-page.php in mypage.php

How google see that page now?
Is it 3 years old or 1-2 day old?

Google is mostly interested in the NOW, though they have a far better memory than most people realise.

Your page has changed significantly, and will probably be seen by Google as a new page.

If you did this to just one page, that has links from other pages within your site, then it will only take a short while for it to be appropriately listed.

But if you've changed the whole site, you may have done severe damage to your Google indexing for many months to come.
