lets see you would need the music,a web site,shopping cart etc....

You'll also need an internet connection for uploading, a web server to use, some web software, a domain name, browsers for testing...

Loads of luck and very, very deep pockets.
It's a huge niche, with some very big players to compete with.
You'll also need loads and loads of uniquity, to stand out from the crowd.
