does anyone know a good visitor tracker that is similar to google's webmaster tools? that can be used on one of those free blog sites where you dont have to much control of the codings or the html? Thank you

If you care enough about your site to care about your visitor figures, then you really should find $20 for a domain and a few dollars a month to have it properly hosted.

There no way that a subdomain of anyone else's site will ever amount to a hill of beans.

Sorry to be so blunt; but that's how it is.

thats okwink hmm my goal was not needing to have a domain for it because its just a fun blog i still liked though to know more about the visitors.

There is a tracking tool to dig out the long tail as here:

There was a detailed discussion and review about this in my forum.

Like most tracking codes, it is based on the JS. So robots won't leave any trace.

seems like exactly what i would need wink *hands a cold bud * to Prowler, so it works with free blog sites too? where i wont have much control over the source code.

You are likely to be using Tiny MCE JavaScript Content Editor for editing your blog. The version I have allows you to edit directly HTML code where you can incorporate the external JS file.

If you are not sure, try this: Try to link to an image from another server. If you can, then you can add an external JS file.
