Let's face it, if the CIA can spy on terrorists via their own webcams, I should be able to take a few pot-shots at spammers.

and i heard the feds cant spy on people if they use Instant messaging from public computers or if they arein a chatroom and they cant trace skype calls because its encrypted or something but then the terrorists wont dont know that or maybe there is one who does seo :O
