    Hello!

I have a blog on my e-commerce site. When re-designing my site, we decided that we wanted a blog for me to disseminate information, but I did not want comments to me made to the site other than my own (big mistake on my part, I know).

I recently joined an online networking group (email me privately and I'll be more than happy to share the link, but not here; don't want to get in trouble smile) which has the capability of you posting to your blog, and it'll show up in their blog system, but I need to have an RSS feed, which I do not have.

I signed up for something called MyBlogLog.com, thinking that was a separate blog feature, but I'll be darned if I can figure out how to actually post on it.

    So, my question(s) is:

    1) How can I get an RSS feed to the blog I currently have on my domain so I can upload that blog to this networking site and drive traffic to it, and

    2) What EXACTLY is MyBlogLog.com, and how do I use it?

Thank you in advance for any assistance.
