Hi
I SEO maintain a few sites and the owners would like monthly reports so that they can map the progress of their sites in the search engines, basically the essentials a site owner might want to know e.g. incoming links, positions in search engines for specified keywords etc.
I need the reports to be useful/usable (the readers need to be able to understand whats being communicated) and reliable - I would like to provide these reports with my own logo etc and set them up so that they can be as automated as possible.
I've looked at IBP and Web CEO but would like a recommendation based on experience - can any of you recommend a monthly SEO reporting software that you use?

Don't use any tool to get Google ranking. They will ban you and may be your client site too.

I don't think they are looking for a tool to gain ranking, I think they are looking for a tool to report ranking to their clients. Not just PR but other web sites stats as well - maybe I am wrong though.
I am not aware of any, but hopefully someone else here is.
Would the clients own Analytics not do this job?

The tools are much of a muchness. Select any of the main ones and they should do the jobs you want.
Be aware, as Dinkar has indicated, that extensive use of such tools can cause problems with the search engines. Weekly or monthly checking should be fine but if you are checking multiple times per day, per site, then trouble may not be far away.
