Does link popularity increase if more links on the "same" website (but on different pages or locations) point to your page?

Okay, you have Website .A (your website) it has a link from Website.B (there website).

Webiste.B has offered to allow deep linking (links to inner pages) and no it does not hurt to have this, it works quite well.
We advertise in several high PR sites that allow deep linking and it does us good.

    Tip:
If it's a good link that is inbound to you, make sure any other links you get are not onthe same IP block. Believe it or not this does decrease value slightly of your links.

Yes, I've also been finding that different IP blocks are good to get links from. And if you have multiple sites consider differnt IP's.
