    Try to make more high PR links from your matching niche. Create few profiles in high PR social media sites with your links and add the link in my favorates section. Press Release may be a good idea to get better quality links.

    PR is calculated through backlinks, so that means that you need to get more backlinks.
    links exchange,blog ,leave signature at do follow forum,directory.

    Link exchanges are often not counted these days, due to prior abuse.

    Leaving your signature on blogs and forums is mostly spamming.
