Ok. Am I missing something here? As I had previously posted, on the day I activated my account, I was advised that my next billing period would start 31 days later, but at the same time, my listings already had accrued substantial clicks. This didn't make sense to me because I felt that if the clicks had been accruing prior to my activating the account, then the number of days on my monthly billing period should have been accruing too, and I wouldn't be at the START of a new 31 day period. I finally received an email response today from LS. I was told that the number of days HAD been accruing on my account, because the first billing period is 40 days. They went on to say that the billing cycles are every 30 days after that. However, the promise was that we would receive $15 in free clicks per listing per month, not per billing period. Therefore, it seems to me that either; (1) I should have been given more than $15.00 worth of free clicks per listing for the first billing period because of the extra 10 days tacked on: or (2) My next monthly allotment of free clicks should be given to me 10 days before the start of my next billing date. Again...am I missing something here?

As everyone now knows pay per click results seems to be slowly taking over the search engine rankings these days.

I am looking for a company that can either provide (so we can purchase) a software package that will take care of a pay per click campaign for UK Search Engines. You know, it will be all singing all dancing, check the relevant movers and shakers, keep an eye on cost, both for positioning and how much the campaign is costing and so on.

Alternatively a middleman company that can manage a campaign. I understand that Dart in the US offer such a service.

Can anyone recommend them or anyone else or a software package either in the UK, US or anywhere.

Thank you all for your time.

Check out this double speak I just received from LS. This is a verbatim quote:

"Thanks for writing back. When talking about "month," we are referring to the billing period. However, like the billing period, the first "month" is for 40 days. Please be assued that each month and billing period after this will be 30 days. Yours will begin on 5.22.02 and the one after that 6.22.02 and so forth."

Gee, I thought the number of days in a month was decided back in Roman times. I guess from here on out, the number of days in a month will vary based on how many days LS thinks is appropriate. Maybe they can extend my birthday to 7 days, instead of just one.

I'll do it for £75,000 per annum. Honest. I'll be at your beck and call with my AppleMac on permanent duty.

As for any others I'm sure you will get responses from contributors here recommending this and that, They all have their pros and cons.

A new entry to this field only this week is http://autobids.ukwebsites.net. They are offering a free 7 day trial. Only mention it because it came in my email today, so those other contributors referred to may not know about it yet.

Ok, they have now directed me to the fine print on their website that says:

"Your initial billing cycle is 40 days. We have extended the first billing cycle by 10 days to accommodate for the editorial review process and ensure that your listing receives a full month of activity."

Can you believe these guys, they actually are trying to make it seem like they are doing us a favor by cheating us out of free clicks by extending the first month by 10 days. First of all, what editorial review process is involved in processing an account that already has been listed prior to the AUTOMATIC "upgrade"? Secondly, the existing listings would already receive a "full month of activity" since these they existed before the "upgrade." Man, who handles pr and customer relations for these people.

I got spammed from autobids as well. Interesting when you have more than one contact email address on your site, because I got the message on each email address, including irrelavent ones.

They are blocked from my incoming email now.
